I'm based in the UK and have always lived here. I've travelled to countries far and wide, from Australia and China to the US and Canada, with lots in between.

I love helping people, whether that's by building and creating things or mentoring and supporting people as they go on their own journey in life.

I love food (a bit too much), love creating art (at the moment with soft pastels) and took up running in 2013.
